I find http://onstartups.com/  one of the better 'advice' websites/blogs 4 newbies!  Dharmesh Shah gives good advice but often the 'gems' (like a lot of blogs) in is the comments section.

There are other ones out there and at some stage I'll get around 2 putting them up on my blog and priortise via tags etc..
